WSCs partner A-D Technology (ADTech) was awarded a contract from TerraPower to develop an engineering grade simulator for their Traveling Wave Reactor (TWR) Prototype. The simulator is being developed using WSCs 3KEYMASTER Simulation Platform, Modeling Tools, and our user-friendly thermal-hydraulics product, 3KEYRELAP5-RT. Configuration Management is being supported with our 3KEYSAFE CMS package. WSC is also supporting the project by providing RELAP5 engineering expertise and training to the TerraPower engineers. Following the award to ADTech, TerraPower has purchased five of WSCs 3KEYTOUCH GlassTop Simulators to support testing of the TWR HMI and models.
